Clinton Township Residents Directory is a privately operated reference to public record indexes, official portals, and historical directory collections serving Clinton Township and Franklin County, Ohio. It does not host government records and has no affiliation with any public office, court, library, or records custodian.
2. Permitted Use
Use the service only for a lawful purpose. You may not use it or material found through it to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or injure another person.
- Locate a person protected by a restraining or protective order.
- Commit fraud, identity theft, or another unlawful act.
- Make an FCRA-regulated decision, including a decision about credit, employment, tenant, or insurance.
- Systematically scrape, copy, or republish site content.
- Disrupt the service or attempt to defeat its security.
3. Consumer Reporting Notice
We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. Neither this reference nor a linked result is a consumer report, and neither may be used for a purpose regulated by the FCRA.
4. Third-Party Destinations
Official portals, libraries, archives, and sponsored search providers have their own conditions, practices, availability, and charges. We do not control or endorse the material they provide.
5. No Warranty
The service is offered as available and without any warranty. Links, fees, coverage notes, office procedures, and search results can change. Confirm a record with the custodian before relying on it.
6. Liability Limit
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or other damages arising from use of this service or a linked resource.
7. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold the operators harmless from claims, demands, losses, and reasonable attorneys’ fees resulting from misuse of the service or violation of these terms.
8. Site Materials
The original text, design, logo, and layout are protected by copyright. Linking to a page and quoting a brief attributed excerpt is permitted. Republishing whole pages or systematically copying the material is not.
9. Changes to Terms
We may revise these terms by posting a new version here. Continued use after a revision indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Access Restrictions
We may limit or end access when a user violates these terms, misuses information, or interferes with the service. Notice is not required.
11. Ohio Law
Ohio law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Public-record access issues are governed by the applicable custodian and Ohio Public Records Act, R.C. 149.43, including its exemptions and procedures.
12. Severability
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
